After searching for the right vehicle for about 4 months, I found a few options across the country. It amazes me how some dealers are still surviving with the lack of communication and professionalism that some of them portray. From not returning calls to not following up on enquiries... I just don't get it and it's not the first time I experienced this.

As part of my search, I found Targa Florio Cars and new from the listing and photos that this dealership took selling cars seriously. I called upon a Wednesday afternoon and spoke to Tom who dealt with my enquiry enthusiastically and professionally. I informed him that I was interested in a particular vehicle to which he was able to answer my questions and more. We arranged a viewing for the Saturday to which he informed me that he would not be at the location but Suzanne would be able to help.

On the Friday, Tom called me to confirm my visit and if I needed anything whilst I was visiting (nice touch) - on visiting Suzanne, she was equally as lovely and helpful. End result? I drove away in my new vehicle and a big smile on the way home.

The ironic thing is, this vehicle was actually dearer than a previous vehicle I was looking at - but I was happy to pay the little extra because of the service and professionalism showed by both Tom and Suzanne.
